Responsibilities
Coach attorneys in areas of marketing and business development
Lead and mentor marketing and business development professionals
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategy
Support local communications, branding, advertising, social media, and event management
Contribute to team's success by fostering strategic relationships
Forecast and monitor marketing expenses
Create customized pitches/RFPs
Perform other assigned duties and projects

Required
At least 5 years of marketing/business development experience, including elevating teams in law or other professional services firms, preferred
Keen understanding of legal marketing industry
Ability to work well with others and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externally
Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills within a variety of settings
Ability to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to present a professional and polished image and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, and CRM management is needed
Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
Ability to travel, as required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field, preferred
