Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Implement security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats.
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Install and configure software applications and updates.
Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support as needed.

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and support.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Azure, and scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
Experience with IT security principles and practices.
Proficiency in operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
Preferred
Familiarity with Linux or Oracle Linux.
Experience with SentinelOne EDR, Tenable Vulnerability Scanning, and Citrix.
Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, or CCNA.
