Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical service to assigned customers, driving value and ensuring satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for growth and new product opportunities within the assigned territory.

Maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure continuity and trust.

Develop and execute effective sales plans to secure new business and expand market presence.

Required

B.S. in Science or Engineering

1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)

Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems

Project management of complex projects

Strong relationship management skills

Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them

Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports

Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using a consultative sales process
