Responsibilities
Lead engagement with third-party vendors to define, develop, and deliver new SSD products into AWS portfolio.
Manage multiple simultaneous storage (SSD) qualifications for building and operating storage platforms infrastructure at scale.
Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
Define and solve problems, build teams, and deliver processes to operate, debug, and scale systems.
Drive improvements in product performance, quality, and cost using data and key metrics.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and set clear goals and objectives in program management.
Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure project progress in the right priority order.

Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of storage (SSD) or server technology experience
Preferred
10+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing fleet operations for large infrastructure through dashboards and metrics.
3+ years experience in product development working with third party vendors (CM/OEM/ODM)
Experienced in gathering requirements to build SSD roadmap and specifications
Prior experience engaging with technology providers in the industry to track and apply emerging technologies to innovative server designs
A strong track record of executing in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Highly experienced with data-driven decision making
Confident leader who can prioritize, analyze trade-offs and communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally, across organization boundaries. Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others
