Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business leaders to understand data-related business requirements.

Prioritize and gather requirements for current and future state, document issues, conduct testing, and manage policies.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in business processes, systems, and data.

Develop detailed business requirements documentation and conduct system testing and validation.

Provide training and support to business data scientists and end-users, monitor KPIs, and analyze performance metrics.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Data Lakehouse technology solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst required in CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry with a focus on Data Analytics.

Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.

Experience with CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry business systems and tools.

Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to them.

Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve end-to-end processes.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.

Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Strong leadership and client management skills.

Program management and project management skills.

Less than 5% of travel includes vendor visits, manufacturing sites, trade shows, etc.
