Responsibilities
Oversee new product development and ongoing processes.
Collaborate with various departments through phase gate development.
Manage project plans, schedules, risk management, and resources.
Work with manufacturing, operations, marketing, sales, product management, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams.
Identify critical project paths and allocate resources to remove obstacles.
Plan and manage project scope, objectives, and phases according to QMS and SOPs.
Mentor and develop team members.
Ensure alignment and execution with the PMO team.
Assist in project expense planning and resource management.

Required
Bachelor's degree required in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager or Team Lead in product development
Background in leading programs, managing cross-functional teams, and planning and scheduling.
Experience in budget maintenance and risk mitigation is a plus.
At least 3 years in product development within the medical device industry or another regulated field.
Over 2 years of experience in an R&D environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience delivering electromechanical platforms.
Medical Device experience.
Preferred
Preferred: PMP Certification.
