Responsibilities

Lead the Partnerships team by defining success metrics and growth strategies.
Develop and nurture relationships with technology, agency, and supply chain partners.
Drive revenue generation through co-marketing, co-selling, and other business development activities.
Advocate for partners within ShipBob and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify and negotiate new integration opportunities with partners.
Manage reputation with key partners and engage major retailers for partnerships.
Define ShipBob's partnership strategy framework and scale the execution infrastructure.
Establish analytics and feedback loops for continuous improvement of partnership strategies.
Build a high-performing culture within the team to support customers and partners.

Required

Minimum of 10+ years of combined business operations and consulting experience, preferably at a technology or high-growth company. 3-5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm is a plus.
Demonstrated inspiring leadership experience, including responsibility for business results in a fast-paced, multi-function environment.
Experience in establishing high-impact, revenue-generating commercial relationships.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to individual contributors.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with a solid ability to prioritize execution and mentor others.
Comfortable managing changing priorities, learning new skills, and building consensus across varied senior stakeholder groups.
A dependable leader who takes responsibility for personal and team success.
While not required to write code, a solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and integration functionality is essential.
Maturity in business development skills, with the ability to influence and respond to crises when necessary.
Self-starter tendencies and the ability to create and execute a roadmap autonomously.
Attention to detail in written and verbal communication, especially when interfacing with high-revenue partners and C-level executives.
Willingness to engage directly with partner contacts, internal stakeholders, and merchants to solve problems and deliver results.
Ability to "scale yourself and the team" to meet revenue targets by prioritizing, automating, and leveraging others when possible.

Preferred

3-5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm is a plus.
