Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product feeds for various search and social channels, including Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and more.

Monitor feed performance and implement strategies/tests to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Troubleshoot any issues with feed uploads, data formatting, or channel-specific requirements.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to search and social platform algorithms and feed requirements and develop POVs when necessary.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that product feeds are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance.

Educate junior team members on best practices for feed management through trainings.

Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Present feed performance data and insights to clients.

Preferred

3+ years of experience in feed management for search and social

Deep understanding of data feed optimization and management

Experience with search and social channels, including Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and more

Familiarity with feed management tools such as Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or GoDataFeed

Familiarity with platforms like Google Merchant Center and Facebook Product Catalog

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
