Responsibilities
Provision infrastructure using Terraform for Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
Set up and configure metric pipelines and databases.
Monitor and alert on critical system metrics.
Improve the uptime and reliability of core services.
Provide reporting tools to understand usage and spending by account.
Manage credentials for third-party services used by generated apps.
Implement best practices to ensure efficient usage and control spending.

Required
5+ years of experience as a DevOps/MLOps Engineer, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
3+ years of experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code (experience with AWS is a plus).
Proficiency with container orchestration systems for automating software deployment, scaling, and management.
Experience working in agile teams.
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with GitHub Actions or similar CI platforms like Jenkins and CircleCI.
Knowledge of Python or Ruby (Python preferred).
Experience with containerized applications (Docker required, Kubernetes is a plus).
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Strong communication skills and empathy, effectively engaging with remote team members using real-time and asynchronous communication.
Preferred
Experience with our platform and previous application development experience.
Experience with monitoring systems and time-series databases.
Experience in an SRE role.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for internal, customer, and executive audiences.
Experience working with remote teams and independently in a remote setting.
Proven success in working with and managing technical, enterprise customers.
Active participation in planning and executing software development.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
Experience with large enterprise projects for Fortune 100 accounts.
