Responsibilities
Lead the ‘As-Is’ process review, analysis, and documentation with focus on test scenario mapping
Planning, organizing, monitoring and oversight of all phases of testing
Development and execution of an overall test strategy for the project
Development and execution of client specific test plans for multiple testing phases
Educate the client test team on the objectives, scope, and goals of each phase of testing
Work closely with project manager(s) to ensure business testing requirements are met
Create and maintain documents and deliverables associated with testing
Adapt E Source’s NavigateOne Testing Methodology to client specific project needs
Develop and maintain project specific testing processes, procedures, and metrics
Develop, execute and manage test plans and schedules for each test phase
Lead preparation of business scenarios and required test scripts
Lead and facilitate test meetings, escalating issues to the project management team
Monitor issues/defects for trends and provide metrics
Oversight and reporting of requirement traceability throughout all test phases
Management and oversight of test team to ensure timely test execution
Oversight of test automation activities and resources

Required
At least 8 years of testing experience and test management with at least 4 of those years on large ERP software implementation projects (should include completion of 2 full implementation projects)
Project leadership experience
Experience in utility ERP software implementation projects and testing
Experience in using Quality Center / Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Business Process Test (BPT) components
Strong analytical and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
Consulting experience in a Professional Services environment
Expertise in SQL scripting for moderate to expert level data mining and reporting
Knowledge and understanding of the utility industry
Experience creating and using a keyword-driven framework for both manual and automated testing
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, math, or business. Or equivalent body of experience in the Project Testing Field
