Responsibilities
Develop, design, and perform cost estimation for capital and expense projects.
Prepare specifications and procure materials and equipment for project execution.
Provide technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective installations.
Manage multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations to minimize risk and liability.

Required
BS in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering required
2-5 years experience in engineering and project management required. 2-5 years exposure in a pipeline/petrochemical operating environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to work with corporate and terminal/pipeline personnel, senior management, as well as applications licensors and other industry contacts required
Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products required. Proficient in Excel spreadsheet skills including strong macro writing skills required
Strong interpersonal skills and capable of taking initiative and making decisions is required
Basic knowledge of petroleum products and industry terminology required. Proficient project coordination and management skills required
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proof work for accuracy
In-depth knowledge of linear programming, terminal/pipeline processing, and terminal/pipeline optimization economics required
Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as possess the capability to work efficiently in a team environment required
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, managing time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines
Preferred
2-5 years exposure in a pipeline/petrochemical operating environment preferred
