Responsibilities
Plans, develops, and implements techniques and programs to maintain quality levels according to the organization's standards.
Provides support for OEM, OES, and retail aftermarket sales channels.
Supports product management in new product launches by attending planning meetings, conducting audits, and evaluating new product samples.
Coordinates product testing, teardown, and reporting of audit results.
Consults with various departments on supplier quality issues.
Communicates and addresses supplier quality issues using appropriate systems.
Supports EDER activities with suppliers and DENSO affiliates.
Prepares and delivers quality reports and presentations to various stakeholders.
Provides quality training as necessary.
Analyzes processes, procedures, and systems for improvements.
Acts as a resource for less experienced professionals.
Performs other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
Experience in conducting supplier audits and identifying quality concerns
Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
Experience in coordinating product testing and teardown
Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement
Preferred
Mandarin bilingual
