Responsibilities

Responsible for development, programming, and coding of complex and business critical Web front-end technology solutions using React, HTML, Java, CSS, Python, and Javascript within an agile sprint model

Translate business goals into technical requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web, mobile, and Web solutions that meet business needs.

Partner with Visual Design, User Experience, and development teams to develop front-end features for Waters.com B2B eCommerce site

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies such as REACT, Java, REST, JSON, GIT, HTML5, CSS3/SASS/SCSS, JavaScript etc.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

Required

Entry level experience coding front-end HTML/CSS that is scalable and cross-browser compatible.

Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, React, CSS3, jQuery, Python and related technologies.

Ability to translate comps and wireframes into flexible and reusable code.

Experience working in agile/scrum environments

Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and learning attitude.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related experience

Preferred

Experience with emerging technologies such as REACT, Java, REST, JSON, GIT, HTML5, CSS3/SASS/SCSS, JavaScript
