Responsibilities
Execution of the overall automotive strategy-to-action plan for North American Automotive paint & body accounts.
Work closely with the global automotive team to promote the Nordson Brand to include teamwork, product development & continuous improvement.
Support the penetration of targeted development accounts, establishing Nordson as the preferred dispensing supplier.
Meet and exceed revenue and profitability budget as assigned.
Established preferred dispensing supplier relationships with targeted customers, integrators, robot manufacturers, and materials suppliers.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business or related field is required. MBA would be a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of successful experience in capital equipment sales or related function, experience selling capital equipment to support production is required.
Preferred
Experience with Electric Vehicles/Battery is a plus.
