Responsibilities

Identify, grow, and maintain strategic relationships with client personnel, including senior management

Understand client expectations and communicate project updates

Identify and manage areas of risk on engagements

Support the vision of the project solution and prepare project updates

Maintain detailed work plans, prepare presentations, and work as part of the project team

Lead assessment, implementation, and optimization engagements

Ensure project governance framework is applied and maintained

Provide timely project communications and ensure project team follows implementation methodology

Participate in ongoing refinement of project governance and methodology

Perform other duties as required

Required

Bachelor’s degree AND five (5) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery, required; OR

High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery, required

Five (5) or more years comprehensive ERP solution delivery experience including the support of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality, required

Experience with project planning, scoping and management skills, required

Experience with business process analysis & design and process flow skills, required

Experience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget, required

Experience with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required: HCM, Custom Applications, Data analytics, ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, CE), NetSuite, CRM, Cybersecurity

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, required

Preferred

Client facing consulting experience, preferred

PMP, preferred

MS Project, preferred

Azure DevOps experience, preferred

Microsoft Project experience, preferred

Smartsheet experience, preferred
