Responsibilities
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to optimize their performance and foster a positive work environment
Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules, taking into account customer demands, resource availability, and production capacity
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Oversee the integration process of server racks, including hardware installation, cable management, and configuration
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve profitability targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and increase overall operational efficiency
Implement quality control procedures and inspections at various stages of production
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on production operations
Prepare regular reports on production performance for strategic decision-making
Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices related to server rack integration
Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding project status, progress, and any potential issues or delays
Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, production management) or equivalent work experience preferred
12+ years of proven experience in a production management role, preferably in server rack integration or related field is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
In-depth knowledge of server rack integration processes, hardware installation, and cabling
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of quality control principles and experience implementing quality management systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using production management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
