Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendents/Foreman to assist with the schedule and procurement of job materials.
Review submittals, create and log Request for Information (RFI) documents, and track all RFIs with weekly follow-ups.
Assist in tracking project costs, generating billings, and managing change orders with proper documentation.
Support project coordination, communication with stakeholders, and ensure field safety compliance.
Manage project drawings, coordinate material deliveries, interpret plans and contract terms, and file permits as needed.
Reconcile billings monthly for accuracy and proper documentation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably within the electrical industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and contract documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
