Required

8+ years of experience working as a project manager

Experience with managing healthcare projects in the federal domain, developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing staff and client communications, providing analysis of project budgets and forecasts, and communicating with firm leadership to bring new knowledge to the project and perform regular reviews

Experience with working on a variety of projects or workstreams concurrently, and working within and leading cross-disciplinary teams towards common solutions or goals

Experience with the National Institutes of Health (NIH)

Experience with supporting federal government RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations

Knowledge of the project management lifecycle

Ability to advocate for staff and be supportive of their development needs

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

10+ years of experience with managing federal technical and health research projects

10+ years of experience with leading cross-functional teams

Experience with communicating the value of biomedical research data and explaining complex analyses and themes to technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to show a track record of solving large, and complex problems

Possession of excellent leadership and client communication skills

Master's degree

PMP Certification
