Responsibilities

Responsible for managing domestic and international client relations, account strategy, trend analysis, and upselling new and existing products for existing clients.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction with program costs and service. Maintain and approve client portfolio of revenue and profit projections.
Primary contact to the corporate client in the administration of the client’s relocation program.
In collaboration with the policy consulting department, research and recommend policy changes as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the client’s relocation program.
Resolve complex problems for clients to maximize customer satisfaction.
Facilitation of client reporting based on client needs. Plan and conduct client reviews and meetings.
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and propose new services and/increase fees.
Partner with Domestic and/or Global Relocation Managers, Supply Chain, and Client Finance to achieve client goals by maintaining and measuring metrics through an audit-driven environment.
Communicate policy changes to the team. Coordinate and lead client update meetings with the operations team.
Partner with the implementation team and complete designated responsibilities to ensure successful client transition.
Assist the Relocation Operations training department as requested/as needed. This would include mentoring for on-the-job training, employee development, and acting as a subject matter expert. Provides direction and feedback to new team members and constructive performance feedback to management.
Pull and compile reports per client requests. Review and present this information in a consistent format to our corporate clients.

Required

Minimum 3 years of US domestic relocation and/or international assignment management experience, including operational management experience required
Minimum 3 years team leadership experience required
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent oral, written, presentation communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good understanding of business application technology
High school diploma required

Preferred

2-5 years corporate client or account management experience preferred
Financial/Accounting knowledge preferred
Global living/working experience preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred
CRP and/or GMS preferred
