Responsibilities

Support projects involving Hydrology & Hydraulic studies and design documents.
Conduct Hydrology & Hydraulic analyses, perform design calculations, and create Design Drawings using specialized software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and CAD.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project teams and nationwide company offices and client/project locations.
Conduct routine data collection, synthesis, and analysis using discipline-specific approved procedures.
Assist in identifying technical issues and approaches for evaluation.
Become proficient with local, state, and federal regulations.
Draft technical sections of project communications, work plans, and reports.
Perform all work in accordance with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
Comply with the Guiding Principles and Code of Behavior articulated in our Company Charter.

4+ years relevant engineering experience obtain EITPE licenseAttention to technical details surface water modeling software HEC-HMS surface water modeling software HEC-RAS surface water modeling software SWMM surface water modeling software CAD surface water modeling software C3DComputer literacy Microsoft WordComputer literacy ExcelComputer literacy PowerPointComputer literacy Project organizational skills writtenVerbal communication skills

Required

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or similar.
4+ years of relevant engineering experience
Ability to obtain EIT or PE license within 2 years of hire date preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to technical details
Experience with industry standard surface water modeling software is a plus, such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, and CAD, C3D, among others.
Computer skills – Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to travel as needed to support clients, projects, and project team collaboration.
