Responsibilities

Set and communicate clear technology and service roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences from the product team to executive levels

Coordinate cross-functionally across the different functional groups (e.g., Data Science, Growth, Clinical Operations, etc.) to execute on product vision with both technology and service operations with end-to-end accountability.

Actively anticipate future needs and utilize metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities and guide algorithms modeling

Represent the product through the creation of product guardrails and governance to ensure operational features work and are maintained in future applications

Gather requirements across stakeholders to identify and drive both cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings on a consistent basis

Guide Agile end-to-end developments in the product life cycle; owns the product backlog and uses input from internal partner teams to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog

Determine how changes to the product will affect the business and systems and provides recommendations regarding the evolution of the system

Lead the development of Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and pilots for our population health management platform
