Responsibilities
Management of computer media via automated processing systems to ensure accurate and timely disposition of deliveries for fleet support activities.
Responding to data processing problems or corrective procedures, referring complex issues to higher-level Data Management Specialists.
Utilizing generic office organizational skills, knowledge of Combat Systems shipboard library organization, and basic understanding of Navy library CM concepts and tools.
Training team members on library concepts and tools like ACCESS, VIEWNET, and DOCMS.

Required
Requires at least one (1) year of experience managing, shipping, and/or receiving unclassified computer media and/or documentation.
High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree desired.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving media errors and data processing problems.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
