Responsibilities
Design and lead development of large Cloud, Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications using technologies like C#, React, and SQL
Architect and configure cloud infrastructure and deploy regular application updates using platforms like Azure or AWS
Manage and mentor other engineers by providing support, technical guidance, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
Lead technical execution for teams of all sizes, including defining application functionality, architecting and reviewing code, and ensuring consistent deployment
Define requirements and estimate & propose new projects for clients based on evolving needs
Set expectations on project requirements, budget, and schedule, through communication with other stakeholders
Contribute to team development by establishing best practices, hiring candidates, and organizing team events

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
Minimum GPA of 3.4
5+ years of professional experience as a hands-on application developer or technical architect
Expertise specifying, designing, and building large applications from the ground up
Desire to add new skills and languages to an existing broad technical background
Experience leading teams with a proven ability to technically manage and train developers
Experience identifying and mitigating project risks of all flavors (technical, product, team health, etc.) and communicating with external stakeholders to manage tradeoffs in technical quality, scope, and schedule
Ability to engage with existing and potential clients to support large sales efforts
Technical certifications related to Software Engineering (especially Azure or AWS) strongly preferred
