Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to multiple concurrent projects.
Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance the utilization of Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization, aligning with business goals.
Provide comprehensive training and documentation for system users to ensure smooth adoption and adaptation to system changes.
Create, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly within the GCC region.
Engage and collaborate with other development teams to leverage existing functionalities and components for streamlined solutions.
Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms and views to meet specific business requirements.
Manage Dynamics CRM entities, including ownership, properties, and customization of fields.
Implement entity relationships and understand when to utilize business rules, workflows, and process flows.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of workflow capabilities, business rules, and out-of-the-box tools such as Power Automate flows.
