Responsibilities

Responsible for developing project scope, fee quotations, and technical proposals.

Serve as primary client liaison, managing project team, and ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Perform technical discipline tasks such as analysis, design, and production for projects.

Implement the firm’s project delivery plan and lead project management plan execution.

Coordinate with managers on project staffing, recruitment, development, and retention of project staff.

Partner with Client Service Leaders for business development and client relationship building.

Lead proposal development and interview presentations for strategic projects.

May be responsible for recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Task managementDeputy pmBridge DesignProfessional Engineer (PE) certificationTask Lead experience

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience

2 years task management or Deputy PM experience

Preferred

Master’s degree in Engineering

10 years relevant experience in Bridge Design

Professional Engineer (PE) certification

Prior Task Lead experience preferred
