Responsibilities
Produce detailed and precise documentation of business requirements for AI features.
Identify and document technical dependencies related to AI capability implementation.
Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders.
Support the coordination of AI-related projects to ensure timely delivery.
Identify opportunities for AI to streamline and optimize existing business workflows.
Ensure AI initiatives align with strategic objectives and contribute to competitive advantage.
Identify potential risks associated with AI integration and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI technology and business analysis practices.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of business process and/or business analysis experience
3+ years of experience in project management
Previous experience working with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence solutions
Strong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processes
Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, business processes improvement, and data analysis
AI literate: able to understand and articulate artificial intelligence concepts, challenges, and capabilities
Data literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and impacts on dependent analytics
Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to provide direction to others and influence decisions made
Proven ability to negotiate with business and information technology groups
