Responsibilities

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code

Developing and supporting software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards

Supporting test and deployment of new products and features

Participating in code reviews

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field

7+ years of experience in web application development or software engineering in a large enterprise environment using Java, including familiarity with modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka)

Experience with AWS

Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, SQL and newer NoSQL data stores as well as event streaming platforms

Strong interest in open source technology

Knowledge of video and image processing frameworks (FFmpeg) and content management systems

Knowledge of performance testing and application profiling (Gatling, JProfiler)

Previous work experience in Ad Platforms, Accounts Receivable and/or financial applications is highly desired
