Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive events and experiences strategy aimed at driving significant enterprise pipeline growth.

Develop a multifaceted strategy targeting both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Oversee the logistics and execution of events, including conceptualizing event themes, creating landing pages, managing operational campaigns, coordinating with external vendors, handling branded merchandise, managing event sales staffing, and establishing lead goals and metrics for each event.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize the return on event preparation, onsite experiences, and follow-up campaigns.

Transform successful campaigns and events into scalable, repeatable programs.

Manage end-to-end program execution in a dynamic environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Required

At least 3 years of experience in a field marketing role, specifically in B2B technology with a deep knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) space.

Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and execute field marketing, events, and ABM strategies.

Extensive experience with various event types, from large-scale industry conferences to exclusive, high-touch experiences.

A blend of strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution.

Strong project management skills, including effective communication regarding project timelines, responsibilities, and status updates.
