Required

5+ years of experience with project management, technology scouting, and analysis support for DoD or USSOCOM organizations

Experience with conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, including venture funding analyses, technology analysis, market maps, competitive analyses, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analyses, and product deep dives

Ability to assist in the day-to-day operation of portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation of technology assessment efforts, including analysis of alternatives, characterization and quantification of performance, and comprehension and development of requirements based on mission needs

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with engineering or technical work in the DoD or USSOCOM

Experience in the technology ecosystems of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML), Autonomous Systems, Clean Technologies, Immersive and Wearable Technologies, or Sensor Technologies

Knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem, including industry-standard research and development and product development approaches

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate expectations and deliverables effectively to clients
