Responsibilities
Lead and manage the reporting and analytics team within the Remarketing Department.
Develop and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle remarketing and auction sales.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving the remarketing process and maximizing auction sales.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders based on data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize remarketing strategies, including pricing, inventory management, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
Present findings and reports to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge.

Required
Prior experience working in a finance role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a reporting and analytics role, preferably within the automotive remarketing industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and Excel/VBA
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of automotive remarketing processes and auction dynamics is highly
