Responsibilities
Utilize expertise in data warehousing and data mart environments to optimize data structures and workflows.
Apply knowledge of EDI transactions, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial healthcare products to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA data privacy and security standards.
Leverage proficiency in Oracle database technologies, including SQL/PL SQL, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning, to maintain and enhance data infrastructure.
Contribute to the design and implementation of data warehouse methodologies, such as Star Schema and Snowflake, following industry best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong technical proficiency, including experience with FACETS, IKA, PEGA, Windows, UNIX, and Oracle database systems.
Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and state-of-the-art software engineering approaches.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
