Responsibilities
Collaborate with SBU Product Marketing teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within the product portfolio.
Understand SBU P&L objectives to make go-to-market recommendations.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Services, and GBM on various initiatives.
Build and maintain channel expertise through field travel and competitive analysis.
Develop customer channel plans tied to joint business planning objectives.
Provide input on brand messaging and merchandising to align with channel strategy.
Manage ongoing channel analysis and develop improvement action plans.
Partner with Business Intelligence for data analysis and insights.
Prepare and present results in business reviews.
Work with Marketing Services on collateral development for product launches and campaigns.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience is required. Channel Leadership experience, as well as experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated solid financial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and in front of customers.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
