Responsibilities

Serve as an internal business finance partner

Drive and consolidate strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and planning within the group finance function

Lead cross-organization collaboration efforts related to financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and risk management

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations

Ensure internal leaders understand rate and budgeted issues

Required

4+ years of experience with financial planning, reporting, or analysis

Experience with supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and tactical matters as they relate to the annual plan, budget management, rate management, cost-benefit analytics, forecasting, planning, or risk adjudication

Experience with reviewing and consolidating financial analysis, forecasting, or planning completed across the group finance function and working with FP&A leaders to build financial presentations that effectively communicate the narrative behind the data

Experience with supporting internal clients or business leaders in the Professional Services Industry

Ability to analyze data and present themes and go-forward recommendations to various levels of executive leadership

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
