Responsibilities

Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of a talented Agile team.

Manage Federal contract projects and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Develop, schedule, coordinate, and manage projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance.

Facilitate workshops to foster business buy-in and drive solutions meeting business needs.

Focus research efforts to meet decision-making needs.

Perform detailed quality control checks on significant and diverse data sets related to programs.

Serve in a collaborative function for research design, data collection, interpretation, and presentation.

Develop, maintain, and oversee cybersecurity efforts and training materials.

PMP Certification

Experience with managing Federal contract projects and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Understanding of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance

Ability to facilitate workshops that foster business buy-in and drive solutions that meet business needs and adhere to DOT strategies

Understanding of Enterprise architecture program development including linkages with project implementation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and records management

Ability to focus research efforts to meet the decision-making needs

Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Develop systems, test plan components, and test scripts

Ability to perform detailed quality control checks on significant and diverse data sets related to programs

Ability to serve in a collaborative function for research design, data collection, interpretation, and presentation; working with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define the reporting requirements, design the report, and write the code required to deliver the report

Skill in developing, maintaining, and overseeing cybersecurity efforts and cybersecurity training materials

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related field

8570 level certification (CISM, CISSP, ISSMP, CCISO)
