Responsibilities

Provide primary support for Staff and Clinical computers in the Health and Counseling Centers, escalating issues when necessary.

Develop and maintain a technology plan in collaboration with Health and Counseling leadership.

Manage on-campus hosted servers for EMR and Scheduling technologies, assisting vendors with server access and troubleshooting.

Conduct monthly security audits of technology systems to monitor for unauthorized access and maintain an information security program.

Install and maintain integrated medical devices that connect to the electronic medical records system.

Represent the Student Health & Wellbeing unit on campus-wide IT committees.

Perform other duties as assigned.
