Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation strategies to efficiently test software applications
Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and scenarios
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues
Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Monitor automated testing processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable test execution
Provide feedback to the development team on test coverage and product quality

Required
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in QA automation and testing
Proven expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#
Experience with test management tools and version control systems
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and software testing best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
