Responsibilities
Lead and direct cross-functional teams in project development and implementation.
Contribute to new business presentations and pitches.
Ensure team effectiveness through defined roles, communication, and change management.
Create integrated project plans and timelines with key milestones.
Provide regular reporting deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks.
Engage leadership and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
Facilitate critical project meetings and reviews.
Identify process improvement opportunities within projects.
Contribute to the development of project management capabilities.
Manage junior project managers.

Required
BA/BS required.
2-4 years direct responsibility for stakeholder management
Proven track record of excellent project management skills
5+ years working with diverse groups of people in a team environment
Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Technical aptitude and working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred
Experience in SmartSheet or similar project management tools
Experience leading projects
PMP® certification
