Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.
Work closely with startup clients to understand their needs, objectives, and brand identity. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance their marketing strategies.
Ensure all marketing deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the client's vision and goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and design.

Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing or design industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative marketing projects and campaigns.
Exceptional taste and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and digital marketing strategies.
Passion for helping startups grow and succeed.
Marketing Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Web Design, App Design, Video Production.
