Responsibilities

Participate in the discovery of novel inhibitors of frontier oncology targets by planning and implementing DMPK strategies.

Represent DMPK functional area on multi-disciplinary teams.

Develop, design, and manage the ADME/PK studies at CROs in a timely manner.

Generate hypotheses from available data and literature to understand drug distribution and elimination.

Conduct IND enabling studies at CROs, author and review DMPK sections of regulatory submissions.

Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across functional areas.

Required

PhD in Pharmaceutic Sciences or a related scientific discipline

3-5 years industry experience

Understanding of ADME principles

Hands-on experience in conducting in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK assays

Solid knowledge and experience in the application of PK and basic compartmental modeling software

Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to be innovative in a highly energetic and fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior experience with small molecule drug discovery programs (in the field of oncology drug development or CNS program is a plus)

Experience working as a DMPK functional representative on cross-functional project teams
