Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate large-sized multi-year, multi-million dollar Control Center infrastructure, IT network, and applications integration projects from inception to conclusion.

Provide recommendations for an overall roadmap of efforts required to achieve program initiatives and project objectives.

Develop project expectations, approach, roadmaps, work plans, deliverables, and goals.

Manage IT Software, Network Infrastructure projects, and/or Applications Integrations projects in accordance with industry project management principles.

Elicit information from stakeholders, document and communicate project plans, functional & technical specifications, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and presentations.

Demonstrate expert-level communication and customer service skills to advance assigned project(s) forward in a large agency environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred

10 years of experience with an applicable bachelor's degree

14 years of experience without a degree or a non-applicable bachelor's degree

Experience in project management of IT Software and network infrastructure related projects and applications

Integration of projects using industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding, and developing technical specifications and project plans for medium-to large-sized projects

Advanced skills with MS Project including fundamental operation, function, and workflow regarding timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources

Demonstrated ability to manage IT Software, Network Infrastructure projects and/or Applications Integrations projects in accordance with industry project management principles

Very experienced in supporting full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle

Advanced at eliciting information from stakeholders, documenting and communicating via Project Plans, Functional & Technical Specifications, Schedules, Resource Plans, Budgets, and Presentations

Demonstrated experience with expert-level communication and customer service skills to advance assigned project(s) forward in a large agency environment with multiple stakeholders
