Responsibilities

The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for ACCO and clients, handling all project management functions from concept engineering to job completion.

Manage contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution, while ensuring accurate scheduling of field labor and installation sequencing.

Understand the financial aspects of projects, prepare budget projections, control costs, and handle all necessary documentation for business procedures and legal protection.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead client meetings, and coordinate departmental efforts during project construction.

Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, consult with appropriate personnel, and attend project management meetings.

Utilize internal resources efficiently, coordinate staff from all departments as needed, and mentor others while participating in recruiting, training, and coaching activities.

Handle any other duties or special assignments as directed by upper management to achieve mutual goals.
