Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs specializing in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs.
Supervise and train mental health specialists.
Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to the highest degree possible.

Required
3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
Preferred
A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field
