Responsibilities

Platform Onboarding & Activation: Set the vision for a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring users can effortlessly activate and integrate with Heartland ProFac.

Dashboard Management: Define and develop dashboard experiences that empower platforms to effectively manage the health and status of their sub-merchants.

Third-Party Integrations: Strategize and decide upon the appropriate times and methodologies for integrating Heartland ProFac with third-party tools, ensuring synergies that enhance our platform users' business operations.

User Journey Optimization: Regularly assess and refine the user journey to ensure clarity, ease-of-use, and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment of vision and flawless execution.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Heartland ProFac's platform experience remains top-tier.

Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain channels for user feedback to continuously iterate and improve upon the platform experience.

Required

A minimum of 5 years in a product management role.
