Responsibilities

Support the Director of Marketing & Communications in developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy

Manage an editorial calendar; plan content for marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives, optimizing for seasonality and topical relevance

Establish and enforce content standards, including style guides, tone of voice, and editorial best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms

Engage audiences through new formats and channels, staying on top of industry trends

Monitor content performance using analytics tools providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI

Manage high-quality content across various formats, including long-form articles, blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, and infographics tailored to different audience segments and channels

Integrate SEO best practices into all content creation processes. Utilize keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings

Support multimedia content creation, coordinating with videographers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals to produce engaging and visually compelling materials

Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate content into broader digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing

Work closely with the Brand Partnerships Manager to develop co-branded content and support partnership initiatives, ensuring content alignment with partner brands and joint marketing goals

Manage relationships with external content creators, including freelance writers, graphic designers, and video producers, ensuring the delivery of high-caliber content that meets strategic objectives
