Responsibilities

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings

Create iterative user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs

Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into designs

Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products

Present design solutions to multiple teams for review and feedback

Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle

Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Required

5+ years of design experience

3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience

Have an available online portfolio

Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar

Preferred

Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides

Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or payment products
