Responsibilities

Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage and convert. Leverage A/B testing and analytics to continually improve performance and ROI.
Demand Campaigns: Develop and manage comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with sales goals and company objectives.
BDR Sales Programs: Lead and enhance our BDR programs by providing strategic guidance, developing targeted outreach strategies, and optimizing processes to maximize lead conversion rates.
ABM and Automated Outreach: Implement and manage ABM campaigns, utilizing personalized content and strategies to engage high-value accounts. Leverage marketing automation tools to create and execute automated outreach campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing and demand generation campaigns.
Experience running and managing ABM strategies and automated outreach campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce)

Preferred

MBA Optional but valued.
