Responsibilities
Manage operations for an assigned National Power customer, including sales, quoting, project management, DC installation and electrical crews, subcontractors, and other key personnel
Responsible for meeting financial targets through overall management of projects, ensuring timelines are met and job costing is accurate and timely
Work with CI Managers and Project Managers to drive prioritization and execution, ensuring the successful completion of all project deliverables according to projections and client expectations
Work with VP, Critical Infrastructure on annual quota setting and periodic performance reviews for sales team to ensure they are provided the necessary support to achieve sales and margin goals
Maintain strong and strategic relationships with assigned customer(s) and vendors
Work with internal HSE group to ensure safety at all sites with all crews and subs
Work with internal quality specialist to ensure Company quality standards are met on all jobs
Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new team members to ensure market needs are met
Evaluate team’s strengths and weaknesses to determine best development plan to upskill and improve knowledge and results.
Monitor and improve existing processes as necessary to maximize efficiency

Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience
10+ years of experience in critical infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
Knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards and general construction experience in the broadband/wireless industry
Ability to create a strong team environment
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Overnight travel required
Valid driver’s license required and must be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy
