Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in floor planning for the portfolio of clients.
Meet performance targets by engaging with clients regularly.
Educate clients on best practices, compliance, and self-service options.
Analyze financial data to assess dealer performance and manage risk.
Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and manage collections.
Conduct physical inspections of inventory and ensure audit accuracy.
Serve as a fiduciary by identifying and reporting non-compliance or fraud.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in Salesforce.
Onboard new clients to ensure a smooth transition.

Required
Strong knowledge of the automotive and finance industries, preferably in automotive floor planning.
Ability to analyze financial statements and identify risk indicators.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, and Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience (finance, client-facing roles, B2B account management, or collections).
Background in automotive and/or floor plan industries is advantageous.
Ability to travel to client sites at least 60% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
Valid driver's license required.
Preferred
Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
