Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Explore and penetrate new markets, identifying potential clients and partners in untapped regions.
Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
