Responsibilities
Maintains expert product knowledge and selling skills to influence healthcare professionals.
Executes brand strategies for consistent sales and marketing message.
Engages in comprehensive discussions on payer environment, copays, and formulary access with healthcare professionals.
Analyzes territory information to optimize healthcare professional calls and adjusts implementation plans as needed.
Identifies and develops thought leaders, innovators, and advocates to support Napo product.
Performs all Company business in accordance with regulations and ethical standards.

Required
A minimum of 3 – 5 years successful pharmaceutical sales experience. Specialty pharmaceuticals and HIV experience preferred
Demonstrates acceptable level of performance for all Specialty Territory Manager competencies based on reference checks
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications
Ability travel (may include overnight travel)
Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate. Company funded relocation not available
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record. Successful employment screening, including drug screen
Bachelor’s degree
